These terms and conditions apply to the use of the e-commerce website (www.milmaonline.com) operated by Milma (Hereafter known as Milma Online) and the selling of products to you, subject to the conditions set out below: If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please do contact us before you proceed to place an order with us. We urge you to carefully go through the following terms and conditions on the sale to ensure that you are happy with the service we provide. Please note that customers using and ordering from our website are deemed to
understand and accept our terms and conditions.

How we deliver our products to you

Our aim at Milma is to get dairy products to your doorstep as soon as possible in the best manner possible. All orders are sent out within 24 hours – usually, within an hour – of receiving the order, by the products delivery service or courier. If a national delivery, it should arrive to you within 4-7 working days from the date of your order; however, we cannot guarantee this during busy periods and festive seasons. Please note that outstation orders placed after midnight on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday, as the courier services are not working on Sundays. Milma only sends out the best quality products to customers well within their best-before date. However, we cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by climatic conditions or transportation, once the goods have left our premises. We will deliver the products you ordered to the address provided. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery information, as we will not check or verify the addresses and messages you supplied.

Method of delivery 

If you are ordering from within India, we will deliver by means of a product delivery service or courier service within 4- 7 working days.

For international deliveries, it is necessary to calculate the volumetric weight of a package, when the space a package occupies may cost more than the package’s actual weight. This is usually the case when a very light package is shipped in a large carton, for example, as our checkout does not allow for this. If your order’s volumetric weight exceeds its actual weight then we will require payment of the additional shipping charge, before your international order is dispatched.

Liability

If the products you receive are not what you ordered, defective or in the incorrect quantity, please contact us, and we will then correct your order.

We will:
▪ Supply and deliver substitute goods
▪ Replace any defective goods
▪ Not refund goods

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused through postage, such as climatic conditions affecting the product. We make sure that all items are in perfect condition before they are sent to you. If your parcel does arrive in a poor condition, please contact us at info@milmaonline.com

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill). We shall have no liability to pay any money to you.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through Milma’s online store meet your specific requirements.

Events beyond our control: We shall have no liability for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, pandemic, or any other global health emergency, fire, explosion, or accident or any other natural calamity.

Items temporarily not in stock

There are times an item or two will be unavailable at the time of your order, as our approach to preparing products is based on freshness and completely avoiding the adding of preservatives. If no similar item to the particular item can be found then we will contact you and ask if you would like the rest of your order dispatched and the missing item(s) sent once in stock, or if you would like us to hold back your order until everything is ready.

Milma may also choose to cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its discretion. If an order is canceled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Pricing

Our mission at Milma is to offer the highest quality Ghee, Cakes, and Chocolates online at an attractive price. Due to the nature of the raw ingredients, these prices may fluctuate. This is a rare occurrence, and wherever possible, Milma aims to keep prices to the best value possible.

The price for each product is shown on the website and includes GST.

Returns policy

At Milma, we offer a comprehensive returns policy, and therefore, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the items, please follow the returns procedure, below (failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds)…

Please be aware that Milma cannot be held responsible and, hence, provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and neglect after goods are received; goods being stored in climatic conditions, such as extremes of temperature that can affect some items; and damage by third parties. In addition, please be aware that during particularly hot or cold spells of weather, goods in transit can be affected by extreme heat or extreme cold, so please be aware items of a delicate nature may not always look as pictured, but they will still taste the same.

Milma should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order of any part that is unsatisfactory via info@milmaonline.com quoting your order reference and name.

Milma always strives to be fair and just when dealing with genuine issues our customers may face.

Milma does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.

The copyright in Milma and the content and pages of www.milmaonline.com are owned by Milma, and may not be used, copied, or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of www.milmaonline.com, all photographs on it, and its marketing materials.

You may use www.milmaonline.com for private and personal non-commercial use only – i.e. to view, copy and print portions of www.milmaonline.com for the sole purpose of placing orders. The materials on www.milmaonline.com may not be used for any other purpose.

Milma Online and our logo are trade names or trademarks of Milma, and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission and we are the owners of registered trademark rights in them.
